MISERY "BOOK VS MOVIE"

The book begins with Paul trying to remember the accident.	The movie begins with Paul finishing his new book.
Annie Wilkes has cows, chickens and a pig called Misery.	She has just a pig called Misery.
It has only three characters with dialogues. “Paul, Annie and the young policeman”.	It has about 6 characters. Paul, Annie, Paul’s agent, Buster, Buster’s wife Virginia, the guy from the hotel and the guy from the grocery store.
The reader gets to see what’s inside Paul’s mind.	The viewer can’t know what Paul is thinking.
There isn’t a police in the whole story. He just appears in the middle and at the end.	There’s a sheriff investigating what happens with Paul.
Paul finds three hairpins on the floor to open the door.	Paul finds just one hairpin on the floor to open the door.
Paul’s car is never found.	The sheriff found the car when the snow is melted.
Paul realized right away that Annie wouldn't take him to the hospital	Annie lies to Paul about the roads and the telephone lines being blocked because of the snow.
Annie kills a young policeman by stabbing him with a wooden cross.	Annie kills Buster by shooting him on his back.
